ResumeAI provides automated, AI-generated feedback on resumes against job descriptions. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Paid or Pro features may be offered subject to separate pricing terms when available.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service;
- Misrepresent AI output as human professional advice or guaranteed hiring outcomes;
- Use the service in violation of third-party rights or applicable law.
5. AI accuracy disclaimer
Analysis is generated by artificial intelligence and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or biased. We do not guarantee correctness, fitness for a particular role, or hiring success. See our AI & data notice for more detail.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display that content solely to provide and improve the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESUMEAI AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), UNLESS YOUR JURISDICTION REQUIRES OTHERWISE.
